Check your tooth paste labels. You must use a flouride based toothpaste. There may also be teeth-whitening agents included. If toothpaste is overly harsh, find something that has lower amounts of those chemicals.
Choose a dentist that helps you feel calm and comfortable. If you don’t like yours, switch. You do not want to let anything stand in the way of you getting the dental care that you need. If your current dentist does not make you feel comfortable, you should find a new one to ensure that you go when you need to.

Mix together a tablespoon of salt, a tablespoon full of hydrogen peroxide, three tablespoons full of baking soda and stir all this into three cups of hot boiling water.
